MISSION STATEMENT
The Korean American Legislative Staff Association (KALS) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization representing past and current staff on all levels of government. We are dedicated to expanding Korean-American representation in public service through networking, educating the younger generation, and building a platform for professional development.

Our Logo
The logo for the Korean American Legislative Staff Association features a stylized depiction of the Mugunghwa, the national flower of Korea, which symbolizes the enduring spirit and resilience of Korean culture. The flower is prominently displayed within a circular frame, representing unity and the shared values of the Korean American community. The design is clean and modern, with the association's name written in bold, uppercase letters beside the emblem. The use of black and white gives the logo a professional and timeless appearance, underscoring the commitment of the association to represent and uphold Korean American values in legislative environments.
